The 16 hour DSW training curriculum used by the Corporate Office is also used by the Shreveport and Pineville offices. In the Shreveport office, our trainers for this class are Carol Sullivan, Kelly Edie, and Marguerite Lanius. Jeannie Roberts is the DSW trainer in our Pineville office.

Our Shreveport and Pineville offices also have First Aid and CPR classes. The instructors for both offices are certified by the American Heart Association to teach the Heartsaver First Aid course. This course includes First Aid, Adult and Child CPR, as well as AED training. Kelly Edie is our CPR instructor in the Shreveport office and Tara Wilson is the instructor in the Pineville office.
